The mph range shown with the Pace is the average speed you will need to achieve during the ride. This is determined by how long it takes you to complete the mileage, i.e. if you ride 20 miles and it takes you 2 hours, including break times, then your average for the ride is 10 mph. The moving average speed is the one excluding stops, it is generally the one given by cyclo-computers
Helmets are required on all rides.
