This is a fun, easy ride to ease us back into riding with the club, and a tour of beautiful areas of San Francisco! Starting and ending at McLaren Lodge in Golden Gate Park we'll first head to the Presidio, then Lincoln Park, down the Great Highway to Lake Merced, loop around Lake Merced and work our way to Glen Park where we will stop for a pastry at Destination Bakery on Chenery Street. Then back to Golden Gate Park via Valencia Street and "the Wiggle" in the Lower Haight. Bring a snack or buy a pastry at Destination Bakery.
This ride will begin with a review of the club's new club Health and Safety Plan for preventing the spread of COVID-19, which is required by the San Francisco Department of Public Health for small outdoor group activities. BRING A MASK and be prepared to wear it while riding. Also plan to keep 'socially distant' from other riders when stopped, and no drafting or riding close to others.
THIS RIDE HAS A LIMIT OF 9 PARTICIPANTS AND YOU MUST PREREGISTER. If the ride is full, please do not come to the ride start; you will not be allowed to join the ride. In order to join the ride, when you preregister you must read and accept conditions of the DSSF Preliminary Health and Safety Plan
