Many of us have spent the pandemic away from bikes and are a little out of shape and maybe packing on a few extra pounds. We thought it might be helpful and fun to have a personal trainer speak at the kickoff, with an emphasis on kickstarting our post-pandemic riding with some simple conditioning tips to get us in shape, prevent injury, and make riding more enjoyable and pain-free.
So we invited Nick Nagy, personal trainer, to present to the club at the Kickoff Meeting. Part of Nick’s presentation will be a short, live, online workout. Wear your club kit or other gym clothes and be prepared to participate and get your heart rate up!
