Ride Leaders Appreciation Dinner
About this event
There are no rides without all those hearty souls who lead, plan, organize, and staff events. This is the night we show our love for the Ride Leader/Facilitators that keep us safe and on course. So please join us to honor your fellow club members who have stepped up as Leaders and/or Facilitators to make our cycling enjoyable or who have opened their homes for club events.
This year our dinner will take place at The Rustic on Church Street in SF. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. The Rustic is near the intersection of Church and Market Streets and is easily accessible by Muni Metro.
Cost and Registration
The dinner is free for Ride Leaders/Facilitators and any member who hosted an event at their home. The cost is $30 for folks who didn't lead a club ride or host a club event. There will be a no host bar for drinks. Club Express adds a mandatory $2 convenience fee for non-members if using a credit card to pay. (So, members be sure to log in before registering and paying.)
Please RSVP by clicking Register Now no later than Monday, February 9, 2026 by 12 noon. Cancellations accepted through Tuesday, February 10, 2026. After that no refunds on paid registrations.
If you led a ride but you are unable to select the "Ride Leaders 2025" option, please text Stephen at 415-864-3584 so he can add you to the list. This includes folks who TRL-ed training rides.
And coming in June:
In addition to the Ride Leader/Facilitators, there are many volunteers who give tirelessly of their time and efforts to both DSSF and the cycling community at large. We plan to hold a separate event in late June for these special people. At that event we can enjoy some good food, good fun, and good energy as we celebrate all we have accomplished together. So regardless of how you chose to give, we haven’t forgotten about you! Stay tuned!
