DSSF Pride Ride

About this event

Let's show our Pride on Pride Weekend and Pink Saturday. Please wear your Different Spokes jersey if you have one and join us for a 28 mile City loop, starting and ending in the Castro.

We'll start at Peet's in the Castro, ride north to the Presidio and then west along the coast to the Land's End Visitor's center for some amazing ocean views. Then back east on Cabrillo St before making a U-turn and heading west thru beautiful Golden Gate Park. When we reach Ocean Beach, we'll head south on Great Highway, then along Lake Merced, and east to Glen Park for some well-deserved treats at Destination Bakery. Finally, we'll ride back through the Mission to Peet's. There's an optional 2 block detour at 24th St in the Mission if you want to get some world famous ice cream at Humphry Slocombe. You can add Twin Peaks at the end of the route if you want a longer and more challenging ride. And there are several options to bail out early if you want a shorter ride. It's the perfect way to kick-off your Pride weekend celebrations. It's going to be awesome!
