For a ride with a few less miles, let's take in the views from the top of the Marin Headlands. If you want a few more miles, I bet you could talk someone (me) into adding a China Camp loop for a slightly longer ride.
This is a social ride – a bunch of friends out for a Sunday ride. There is No Support, No Route sheets. Each rider is solely responsible for their own riding and actions. If you don’t feel comfortable with a portion of the route, it is up to you remain safe. Please email marinmarauders@gmail.com withyour phone number and emergency contact information. If you have previously supplied that information you don’t need to do it again. Temo and I collect that information and are able to access it from a ride should the need arise.
We will start the day off by riding over Horse Hill. If it is still under construction, we will bypass it with climbing Camino Alto. Once we are through Sausalito, we will head up to the top of the Marin Headlands. After soaking in the views, we will head over to Rodeo Beach before heading back to Sausalito and a rest stop at Golden Gate Market. Leaving there we will head over Camino Alto back to Hal Brown. You can always add on a China Camp for another 25 miles or so.
