The NorCal AIDS Cycle (NCAC) weekly training rides are designed to help participants ready themselves for NCAC 2026 - a four day charity ride in the Sacramento Foothills. Some of the rides are progressive in nature and will increase in mileage and/or elevation each week.
Let's head to Auburn and grab some lunch! We will leave Folsom and follow Auburn Folsom Road until we get into Auburn. Winding through downtown we will make our way up to Awful Annie's for some fantastic lunch (Awful Annie's is a Auburn Legacy). Returning we will take a different route through Auburn before one of the best descents of all time - Indian Hill Road! We will eventually rejoin Auburn Folsom Road as we make our way back to Folsom.

Our training rides are open to everyone. Registration in NCAC is NOT required
