This ride will start out in Orinda climbing up to Moraga, then descending into Lafayette. We'll follow some rolling hill down through Walnut creek and Pleasant hill to Martinez. We'll have a quick coffee stop at States Coffee, then follow the shore over to Hercules and Pinole where we'll stop at Sprouts for lunch. We'll be deviating from past years' route using some newly open SF Bay Trail with even more great views of the San Pablo Bay! On the final stretch, we will enjoy a moderate climb up Camino Pablo back to BART!
All riders should bring two full water bottles and some form of electrolytes. It will be a warm day!
