Events and Rides - Event View

This month’s social ride is revisiting Foster City—flat and uncrowded!—before we head back up the Midpeninsula to downtown Burlingame for lunch at Crepevine. We haven’t toured Foster City since 2016 but we don’t expect to see any dramatic changes in the scenery. We’re starting at the Millbrae BART station so it will be easy for SF and East Bay members to skip the car and just take the train to this ride. We’ll tour the peninsula side of the Bay Trail through Coyote Point and Foster City before heading north to Burlingame. Last time we lunched at Mediterranean Kebab but this time we’re going just next door to Crepevine (which has more tables al fresco). This ride is nearly dead-flat so our social pace will probably be just tad faster than usual—B pace. After lunch it’s a short return to Millbrae BART.

If you are coming by BART, please check the BART schedule (www.bart.gov) for the current train schedule and any last-minute advisories. A train to Millbrae is usually scheduled to arrive at 9:31 am.
