Here's a variation on the Portola loop that goes up to Los Trancos Woods. Starting at the north end of Cañada Road on Bicycle Sunday we'll head down to Woodside and then the Portola loop before heading up to Alpine Road as far as the pavement goes. Then we'll veer up to Los Trancos Woods before doing a very steep descent back to Alpine Road. We'll hop onto Arastradero Road and head out to Los Altos Hills before heading back to Woodside for a lunch at Roberts Market before returning on Cañada Road.

Meet at the north end of Cañada Road at Highway 92.
Meet at 10 AM with a 10:15 ride out.
