Join DSSF for the 43rd edition, the 2019 Tour of Napa Valley is a Renaissance of sorts, with all of the rides starting and ending in our new venue at the Napa County Fairgrounds in Calistoga, at the North end of the valley.
This year Eagle Cycling Club is offering 5 distances – a flat 35 miles all within the Napa Valley, a “hilly” 50 miles with moderate climbs, a 62.5 mile metric century, an 80 miler that includes all of the climbing but less flat riding and the iconic Century.
The ride has Rest Stops every 25 miles stocked with tasty treats, including home-made cookies! The three longer routes include a lunch stop hosted in Pope Valley. A delicious post-ride dinner is awaiting riders upon their return to Calistoga.
Rest Stop open and close times will be listed on the route sheets. If you are a slower rider, please plan to start your ride as soon as the course opens (see start times.) Plan to finish your ride by 5 PM – the post-ride meal and other activities wrap up shortly after 5.
Participants are required to follow the California Vehicle Code (CVC) regulations on all routes.

Actually 36 miles, this is an out and back along the most picturesque portion of the Silverado Trail, with a rest stop at Conn Dam – the turnaround point. It is a lightly rolling but pretty much flat introduction to the stunning scenery that is the Napa Valley.
