Join us for a ‘kinder, gentler‘ Tiburon loop! Starting and ending at Mike‘s Bikes at the south end of the Mill Valley-Sausalito Path instead of in SF cuts the mileage of the Jersey Ride in half to just 24 miles. This shortened route keeps the best part--Paradise Drive and Tiburon--and ditches the moshpit on the Golden Gate Bridge and the slog up Alexander, which is always into a headwind. Yes, you can eat dessert first!

Join Steph, Klay, Dray, Loon, Wiggs, CP3 (CP3? srsly?), and Different Spokes/SF for the Golden State Warriors‘ LGBTQ+ Night on Wednesday, November 1st at 7 PM at Chase Center.

The Warriors take on the mighty Sacramento Kings, who will certainly be out for revenge after their humiliating loss to the sixth-seeded Warriors in last season‘s most exciting first-round playoff matchup.

Anticipation runs high for what promises to be an exceptionally thrilling season, as the Dubs set their sights on reclaiming their position as NBA champions. With the return of their core players and the addition of Chris Paul, they are poised to embark on an exhilarating journey.

Tickets are $78. The cost per person is $75, but our web site tacks on a $3 credit card fee when when we collecting funds using dssf.org. No Ticketmaster or StubHub charges for this group buy, though! We‘ll have seats somewhere to be determined in the upper deck. NO REFUNDS FOR THIS ONE, although if you buy tickets for this one and can‘t make it, you‘re welcome to try to resell them on dssf.org.

This year is the 45th anniversary of the assassination of Supervisor Harvey Milk and Mayor George Moscone and we will honor their memory and legacy by visiting their memorial sites. This will be an comfortably paced ride. We start at the site of Harvey‘s camera shop in the Castro and head out to Golden Gate Park and the Great Highway to Westlake Shopping Center and into Colma to Woodlawn Memorial Park and Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. We will stop at George Moscone’s gravesite to share a few words and then head northward back to SF to the Columbarium for our final stop at Harvey Milk’s site, which is very close to McLaren Lodge. Afterwards if you want a snack or lunch we may stop at Velo Rouge Cafe.
